Marmalade is great. Did you know it only has 50 calories a serving, and it taste fantastic. I never ate the peels of oranges other than in marmalade, to bitter plain, but made into marmalade, pure heaven. Especially on top of a big blob of peanut butter.

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of peels but I love marmalade. But never with peanut butter so I will try it asap!!
