Martina! I am totally joking and when i do that what I am joking about I really feel the exact opposite. geez, now I have to go back and be nice since I offended you.
ok, I'm back to yesterday's niceness
but in all honesty, I do judge your attitude, that's what makes the joke because you are opposite of what I tease you about. lol.

Sort:

Well, you have to agree that it was a little bit over! I like teasing but this was harassing as you said in the other comment, lol!! Set the borders otherwise I'll call you OLD man!!! :D Do you want that?!

hey THAT would be a great comeback to me! see, you just need to learn to fight dirty delishtreats..lol. I would love that but then I guess that would be stooping to my level so I guess not.

Hey sir Glen seems to have tough skin, maybe I can start harassing him!

Oh, you know that it's not me! Did you forget about my pink glasses? :D

But next time I'll call you old man when you'll start being too annoying :D Deal!

To stand your 'jokes' he must have a hippo skin!

hahaha! hippo skin! that is too funny delishtreats, that is really good.
Old hippo skin over there! sir @glenalbrethsen we're talking about you!

hey he was in the newspaper business. I bet he has Dinosaur skin!

yeah I guess that's not you but I DID forget about pink glasses, who ever said anything about pink glasses? what are they and what does that mean? do you even wear glasses? I'm confused.

Oh man! Really!? :D Poor Glen getting into this..

I'm not wearing actual glasses! Just my pink ones from time to time to enjoy talking to annoying people like you!!

oh ok so "pink glasses" is just an expression to deal with people like me? I'm still not sure i understand the term. They are like an attitude of seeing things in a more positive light maybe? It's a cultural thing I reckon.

Exactly! When I 'put' them on I can deal with you, lol! :D

You realize that this comment is now two layers deep and virtually impossible to find via search. :) I have to say my skin has thickened over the years, but it's been since I had the newspaper. Age is making me increasingly uncaring about what people think of me. I'm not totally there yet, but by the time I get to be your age I'm sure I will be crustified completely. :)

haha! crustified completely! that sounds so set in your views..I wonder if that will really be so. What was your father like when he got older? That might indicate something.
But yes most people do tend to get crusty and not care what people think when they get older, sometimes it's refreshing to have that kind of frankness!
speaking of getting older and feeling old, one of our Grandsons is 21 now and in fact he joined steemit and is hoping to work on his writing ability when he starts on here.
His has a girlfriend so I was telling Mrs. J ...are you ready to be a GREAT Grandparent? haha!
I'm 64 but that doesn't sound old enough to have great grandkids! lol.

Normally, I'd love to have a grea tgrandchild when I'm 64, but my granddaughter would only be 12 at that point, so there better not be a great grandchild by then. My guess is, I will be somewhere between 70-75 when that happens.

I'm not sure what to tell you about my father. I know he's taken offense, but I don't know if things were directed at him, per se. He and my mother are still married, which I think has required some thick skin on both of their parts. :)

I think the opposite of set in my ways is happening. I mean, there are some things that are definitely solidifying. However, realizing that I don't know everything and that there's tons I don't even know I don't know is becoming much more prevalent. It's just voicing an opinion and not being ashamed or scared to do it which is becoming less of a factor. I can still be wrong, though. I try to keep an open mind on many things, but on the things I'm fairly certain of, keeping an open mind to keep from stepping on toes is becoming more and more a worthless endeavor to me.
