Yes people as mistaken steemit for Am, they think the saying come join steemit, you gonna make money means when you register you gonna start getting paid.
But steemit here is all about your creativity and also ideas and that's what moves you forward
I agree with you its all about the value you give.

This was the orientation I had then when I want to join steemit, that I will post contest and I will start earning money 💰, not knowing steemit is more than only posting but to also be creative, steemjet really makes me to understand some things about steemit.
