I want to compensate by upvoting new blood who are working hard NOW, but I owe people for past work. This is why I needed to complete the accounting for the completed contests, so I can concentrate on the current contests.
Now I feel less guilty (to those I owe) when I upvote you, but when those I owe see me upvoting you, then I feel guilty and get sick. Now that everyone can choose cash now or upvotes tomorrow, I don't feel so guilty upvoting you.

It is fine, my posts are a mess currently.
Organization is my top priority. But when somebody drops a artistic bomb, then I need to switch gears to follow it. I need to make our accounting books flexible for this reason.
So we can have fairness (those who want $ now get it) and creative expansion when new members demand upvotes through demonstration of divine inspiration.
Our records just went from 80% complete to 85% with this post, and hopefully, at this rate, we will be all paid up in May no problem (if the current steem price holds).
