This department is quite limited and honestly I do not know how you are going to do the work but you can request for an edit so that we can merge you guys to another department or better still add more people here to make it efficient. What do you think?

No need to merge the department or add more persons for now. Let us start the work first, if the workload is beyond us then we'll recommend and request for additional hands.
I've known @penking to be a focused and result oriented fellow. Having him to head this department reflects wisdom and deep foresight on your part. We'll do our best and when we need help, we'll call on you and the community.

Alright man. you guys should try to do a perfect Job especially at the customer care part of the work, by giving upvotes the people that dimimp owes and they complain of getting paid. You just try to explain things to them and calm them down with upvotes. Thank you man.
