great effort! Are you on the security team?
is this a security team effort?
I ask because they are the first team up for re-assessment, since they were the first deployed

He isn't part of our security team (yet) but we are in the process of finding new members to our team :)
Hi @Dromzz copying the reply to @dimimp in case you use Steemd or other account alert/monitor as I do.
....................................................................................
Though I have worked security IRL.
Just know that it is a great effort for me to "down vote' anyone's free expression who is not a bot.
Maybe it is because I am from New Jersey, or as I sometimes refer to it, New Heresy (second definition pertaining to common discourse).
I would rather chat them to death. I believe it is better to suffer through ill conversation than unjustly judge a single emotional expression.
If this would suffice for the security team then please allow me on board, in such, that I might follow your lead in encouraging removing votes, reporting, and when I find a suspicious or spammer, I'll guide their conversation to respectability, or if need be finality.
What every you may decide, allow me to commend your efforts. After running a floor in my library, I know the need to "hush" disruptive chatter.
We absolutely want a guy like you! People usually get angry for the slightest downvotes hence why your tactic is way better. We don't have the time or resources to chat and bore everyone to death so I think you would be a great helper for us :D
OK!
How do we communicate as a team?
Yeah we really need a hand since you have an understanding of everything going on here I like what you said about "talking to people to do the right thing" but it's quite obvious that most people will never LISTEN, before we downvote any comment we must have posted tons of warnings. If you want to join the team then you MUST be ready to downvote whoever refuses to stop spamming. Well the team has currently recruited some new delegates we're still training them so it may take some time before we contact you. Thanks a lot for your help.
I found @temiblaze here:

He says he is getting back into Steemit but Steemplus has him listed as a spammer. Where would we report or discuss something like this?
Find me on discord.
Thank for you sir @gentlebot

Hello boss @dimimp,
I hope you are doing well. So, the Supervision and Security Team are currently working on our plans for the Steemjet's global steem adoption.
Please take a look at post here:
