The problem with that cover is that the girl character is from a TV series on Sprout TV called "Nina's World". It can't be used due to the copyrights and such but if we use it as an inspiration it will work out perfectly :)
But now as it is, it can't be used.

We need to move fast, and the "better artists" you are talking about can use your work to build better pages for the book (we need 20 more artworks to finish!)
We need a color palette for her outfit colors / purse if possible, gold star in her hair color.
This consistancy of color is what jogreh taught us is necessary to be able to produce 20 non-distractive, but rather cohesive images in different styles while maintaining subliminal focus for effective knowledge retention. I also forgot, I owe you 200 for the title bounty too, congratulations!
