APOLOGY ON BEHALF OF STEEMJET
I would like to apologize on behalf of steemjet, specifically on behalf of the spammers. It must have seemed strange the way I just starred at my folded hands, allowing an uncomfortable silence to ripen, especially after the spammers took over, I might have some particular insight to put all of this misbehaviors to an end, we will discuss this privately.
Looking back I can imagine that this sort of refusal to do what is right so dispiriting. I ask for your forgiveness sir, on behalf of everyone.
Any person has the right to be wrong, some do it unconsciously and others because they cannot control their impulses. A mistake can have negative consequences which is what is happening now. Who has not ever been wrong at least once and then had to apologize? I think most of us, sadly cannot turn back time and it is not easy to erase that mistake, but with love, everything is easy. Sir we all know you love us, and you would want the best for us. Please don’t judge all by the mistakes of others. Just let it go this one more time. PLEASE FORGIVE US. We will change our ways.
ADDRESSING THE MAIN ISSUE
I saw this coming right from when delegation became just a normal thing and steem was giving our randomly. Now, see what it led to.

I can remember so well when the goal of Steemjet is to reach every body around the world with steem, the boss delegated SP to those mention above as well. depending on your position on SF sit. But hardly I see upvote from this group as well. You in particular didn't and hasn't upvote any of my post for once (I speak for my self. Even when it was given to a particular account friends to friends where upvoting them self increasing their Rep.) secondly if all proposal should pass through you (your friends will likely benefit from it mostly )well you have given your advice but I tell you what, delegation is not the solution that should be given to spammers. Most Steemjetters I know has stop showing up because of how upvoting went wrong here, some one like @mydivathings. (where is @lifeofdarlington whose is meant to also control this spam. )Upvote or no Upvote which we aren't talking about now but how to make the community good again.
If any of this rule can be apply it will lesser spamming and give room to those with the talent.
before any proposal should be fund, individual / group of person should at least show 30% of their work before fund should pass through, to complete their project. (meaning initial capital should come from them). By so doing we will know who is who
a confirmation of who you said you are and what you said you do should be made available from facebook/twitter through a link (it can be video or biography). (with not less than 1k friends and greater than 4 months old account)
each individual with same comment on same post ,should be down vote.
after the completion of the project, the work in question should be release to the community within less than a week, with a concise analysis/summary of work/ how the money was spent.
For me, with this method spamming will drastically reduce.

Apologize for getting steem for akwa ibom citizens under meflyns name to organize a seminar which you neither organized nor refunded the steem. apologize to your departmental personnels first that you collected steem as HOD and failed to disburse to some of them plus others. The last 5 k steem @deandaniel collected on behalf of newbies @dimimp he used just roughly hundred steem for a contest that was meant for newbies but yet @kristineantai01 participated and after which he sent the rest of the steem to block trades .

The same steem was sent to @steemjetnewbies to run the untalented contest which, @mbj and our judging team conducted for close to a month check @steemjetnewbies post for details.
We ran the contest on @steemjetnewbies since it was the account with more delegation then as @steemjetcontests had cashed out. The other part of the steem was used to compensate the team of judges for their precious time and effort to do well.
Did you not pay your judges when you were given 2000 steem to run a musical contests?
Yes the judges too deserves to be rewarded just like you did as time=money

Everybody knows you were the one that collected the steems and didn't hold the competition. Whatever you do is your business but you can't say he should collect people's delegation and leave that of the people you choose. If you really want to change things you would have discussed with everyone then come to a conclusion before proceeding but instead you just laid out your selfish plan that will benefit you.

You gave community delegations to those people aforementioned and they all used it for their selfish desires they don’t need to prove theirselves the second time the mistake will repeat itself but I won’t be surprised if you wake up and still do what you like as usual because you have a mind of your own and usually will ignore important and sensitive comments like this.
