Fellow Steemians, feel free to join steemitweightlosschallenge! This is an attempt to create a space of value on Steemit and to motivate each other to get fit. So far there are three of us, lets get this thing going and get buff ;)

If you do decide to join can you please comment on one of my steemitweightlosschallenge posts as the search feature completely SUCKS and I have to comb through pages of crap to find you.

This is my sad face :*(

So I messed up this week and BINGE ATE everything I could possibly see in my sight .... Last night I had a WHOLE pitcher of beer and 5 pieces of pizza. I did kick major ass in the gym to sweat out some salt, calories, and guilt. But it wasn't enough, I gained everything I had lost and added 2 pounds, boo . . .

However, I am noticing some serious muscle tone in my arms and back. My bingo wings aren't flapping nearly as much anymore lol.

Gotta keep persevering, this is a lifestyle, a life long struggle, to get and maintain fitness.

Until next week, fellow Steemians.

Steemon Fellow Steemian!!

Oh i sure will ;)

You want to know the secret t losing weight fast with no bull spit? it takes dedication and determiniation , but it can be done simply by adopting a plant based diet. Not only will you lose weight , but you will also become more healthier and look 10 years younger in the process.

I agree completely, good advice for you sis!

Hey Ant! I haven't seen you on steem for a while! Yep, I know you went vegan, how is it treating you? I wish I had more time to food prep and try recipes but its pretty tough for me.

Just about to hit the one month mark of veganness, ill let you know how it has been going the next time i talk to you, Love ya!

Wow that is awesome. I am going to try and do three days a week vegetarian and possibly vegan.

Hmmm. I would love to try some recipes and I love to eat plants but . . . . I sure do love to eat animals too! Is that what you will be blogging about? I will totally follow you if you do plan on posting yummy ideas.

yes, Im trying to only blog about plantbased foods. Check out my page i have 3 recipes so far. I will try to add some more soon. School just started back up, so my time has been alittle bit limited, but if you can give me the motivation. i will post quicker. What kind of foods would you like me to post about?

Oh sweet that is a great topic. Hmm. Well my problem is I freakin love meat and I have a hard time even skipping meat or dairy from a meal, that is how I was raised so its hard to get away from. I do love vegetables, especially root veggies. I also like greens such as spinach, kale, etc. I work parttime go to school parttime and raise a 15 yo and have a boyfriend so I am super busy. But I would love to do some vegan meals and at least cut down on meat and dairy. Also, I love potato chips.

Hey there i made a dish for you!

You were defeated this week, but next week is a new game. Good luck!

Don't let it get you down it happens to everyone. The secret is to allow yourself something as a treat for a week's dedication. After a while, the treat is not needed because fitness and the right nutrition becomes part of your lifestyle and you don't think twice about it. You will also find after your body is used to eating good food and then you suddenly put crap in, it does not like it at all, lol. Don't look at it as a struggle look at it as self-improvement and the road to success . I have had 3 months off training because of moving and finances etc but I started again today and I am so happy even after one workout, sore but happy and will be posting the entire process starting in a day or so.

You will never achieve maximum productivity in your life unless you have a good balance with food and fitness that is a fact. So use that reason as fuel to keep plugging away :)...

I like the idea of a weekly treat, it will be something to look forward to and keep me going. My diet hasn't been consistent but my exercise has so that is a big victory right there. Just gotta work on the nutrition and not eat so compulsively. I will keep an eye out for your posts!

Hey GiGi! Sorry to interrupt but thought I'd let you know I mention you here .. All good of course. I chose you as my favourite follower for #nameinlights

Took me a couple of days but I did see the post and I LOVE IT!!!!!! I've been feeling a bit, I dunno, burned out or blue about Steem, but this motivated me to keep on Steeming. Thanks for all of the kind remarks! Made my day :)
