Yayyy!! I managed to catch up the day I missed.

I think being home and reality is slowly starting to hit me now after the high from traveling slowly diminishing and the situation at hand and options I have in front of me slowly become clearer as I come out the haze...

Life is good though...

I can't complain.

I want to keep moving. I don't want to stay in England. But I at least need some money to get out of here. So... It looks like I'll be here for at least a few more months while I make that happen.

Anyway... after having this feeling of losing momentum some what over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed my ego flaring up again, trying to corner me into places of fear and worry about the future.

It's a life-long practice becoming more aware of when we fall back into the control of our ego...

I've been at it for years now and I still so often find it 'running the show' before realizing what's going on and taking back control.

It's that easy!! When you know that it's happening ;)

Anyway.. I know deep down that I am where I'm supposed to be.. and becoming comfortable in the uncertainty of my immediate future is part of what this is about.. and always... practicing patience too...

Psycho

Ego...
Blocking the path,
Getting in the way...
Taking the reigns.
Master Manipulator -
Driving Insane.
In plain sight...
Yet cunningly disguised.
Drip-feeding...
A life-line of lies.
As your fear thrives...
Your heart slowly dies.
If you want to survive -
You have to just try...

Try to notice who's really taking charge.
Build awareness.
Flex that muscle ‘till it’s large.
Train yourself to use your eyes,
So they can see through the mirage.
Looking through,
Beyond the shadows,
You'll see
the Pure Light that you are.
