This is a good initiative. I think this is the right way to go. Teaching people how to use Steemit and explore the cryptocurrency market. This will lead to financial independence.
@Stach also support similar projects in Nigeria. They call theirs "Hub". I was at one of the hubs yesterday. Steemit is promoting education.

The lessons you said you have in steemit schools are just perfect, but what if steemit school was something online, maybe like a forum or blog, but a forum more preferably where all those lessons are thought, what anybody from anywhere in the world can log on to at any time to learn about steemit from highly respected steemians rather than having Steemit School Macedonia or Steemit School Nigeria, ofcourse those are great too but a forum for Steemians where all those lessons you enumerated are thought would be perfect wouldn't it?
You've been looking at things from the perspective of young generations, but what about older people who do not know how to use a computer, or what to do with people who do not have a computer, phone, internet and money?
Also, when you are not successful then no one wants to believe in your story, people want to see things exactly.
In Macedonia, Bitcoin is banned, nobody can buy it, can not be sold - we have to show people how to change SBD in Dollars.
In your story, the future depends on the Internet, then we do not need girls, women or children - because embrace, a warm word, and a smile can be exchanged over the Internet. Steem Fest was a set of all the most successful Steamians, people met and sat together in lectures, proximity raises energy and gathers people in one place.
When we have live meeting, then the result is much bigger, because you are right next to them and you can help them much more than just online.

Great way of sharing the knowledge. This (cryptocurrency) is undoubtedly the future, and the future is bright! I think a great way that you can increase the effectiveness of this school is to have the classes broadcasted, probably even on Dlive. One great thing that needs to be taught is consistency and quality, those are the real "keys" to win on Steemit.

This is a good initiative and this is the kind of school needed here as many are lost in this journey and most people that have succeeded in this community dont have time to carry people along but with this initiatives many lives will be touched and more knowledge will be acquired
This is the point
I think that, if I could add to this, have stuff that encourages people to stick it out in the long-haul. Teaching about hard work, and that maybe for a few months they will get no where, are great things that may help people keep making content for even just a few more weeks. Teach them to focus on the little things, like earning their first whole Steem token.

Wow super cool idea. Being new to steemit; it is difficult to understand crypto currency and the issues related to it.
My interest will definitely be in the future of the currency. Moreover, how the new comers can flourish in presence of big whales :) what strategies should they use in order to make their presence more attractive and strong.
