Steemit Sandwich Contest Week #51 Stuffed potato sandwich

How's everybody? I present my entry of the week number 51 to the sandwich contest that leads the great @jaybird

This week I did something a little easier for me with very few steps I can tell you that I took 30 minutes to prepare this stuffed potato sandwich as I call it, it's a bit simple but I liked its flavor

The purchase of ingredients for the sandwich is becoming difficult in my country, everything is through the roof but here is my simple entry

Stuffed potato sandwich

Ingredients:

For the potato dough use:

• Potatoes
  -Egg
  -Wheat flour
  -Salt

For meat use:

• Ground beef
• Chili pepper
• Garlic
• Peppers
• Onion
• Coriander
• Salt
• Pepper

The first thing I did was to blanch or parboil the potatoes and then make a puree with the help of a fork, After having the mashed potatoes ready, add salt, eggs and wheat flour.

I made the meat uniting all the ingredients so after everything was cold I made some balls with the dough and I incorporated a bit of meat I made a new ball and put them in hot oil
