What an interesting methodology for creating a sandwich. very intriguing how you flatten the bread with a rolling pin instead of using a traditional wrap. It makes it that much better with bread eh.. A little more fluff and the texture is more delicate.
Also: like tuna, beef steaks, lamb or grilled vegetables. Definitely

The result is really different than using flatbread, the texture of bread is just wonderful when you eat it and it also absorbs the juices!
