Okay, time is running out and the deadline for entering @Jaybird's Steemit Sandwich Contest for Week #22 is fast approaching. So, I'm going to make this short and sweet.

My Steemit family, you'll only be getting the bare bones pictures of this sandwich.

But, I promise, promise, promise...a full recipe will be forthcoming!

Just look at those juicy vegan scallops...made from King Oyster Mushrooms, Sea Salt, Coconut Sugar and Nori!

Piled atop a ciabatta roll with shredded kale, red cabbage and brussel sprouts.

Add oven-roasted asparagus spears.(Asparagus, olive oil, salt and pepper)

Drizzled with a Red Wine Black Pepper Cream Sauce. (Onions, Cracked Black Pepper, Cashew Cream, Red Wine, Liquid Smoke, Miso, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper)

Capers and a bit of freeze-dried beet round out this delicious sandwich!
