Laughter is the best medicine, what do you think in this old saying? For me, it means that cheerful mind will not cure you, but it will make you think less problems. Do you know that there are lots of health benefites just from one simple laughter?
First, by just laughing you can reduce stress, sepression and anxiety. Secondly, it helps you to create strong bond of relationship between you and the people around you. Not only that, laughter helps to lower the chance of getting health problems. And last but not the least. It can also makes you looks younger, cheerful and attractive. I reckon somtimes, people takes things seriously and as we grow up we tend to run through our lives with such a speed that you have no time left to laugh.
If you are feeling down, laugh aloud. Dont forget to smile, laughter can reduce stress.
