I think you should include requirement to provide original RAW file or JPG file with all EXIF data since it looks like someone already attempted to plagiarize other people's work.

We always check for plagiarism and report it to the abuse team. It never works out for plagiarizes around here if they are caught... Which entry is plagiarized?
Check out the submissions to the latest photo challenge, @pfunk caught on to what looks to be plagiarized work.
@pfunk is a long time 'member' of the abuse team (I was involved for a while) so I'm sure he will catch that stuff. The community is very good with it.
I've looked at them but haven't seen any that are flagged for plagiarism, can you give the link?
