Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only one picture to be submitted for a daily photo challenge. The rule number one is to use only personal images. Ten winning photos will receive an upvote from me from which I will pick one winner that will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts.

The winner of daily challenge then competes against winners from other continental challenges of the respective week to receive the price of 15 SBD. That will be decided by you based on the dollar value of upvotes of my winning post announcement. The winning weekly picture then automatically enters other rounds for the price of 150 SBD in total.

Please see the winner of Asian Sunday, Australian Monday, Tuesday of Antarctica and world's oceans and African Wednesday to give them your support if you like their image to be the one winning the weekly price and entering the other stages of the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge. You can vote for them by upvoting their winner announcement posts below:

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday - winner announcement!

@bypaul entry post for Asian Sunday is below:

This summer I traveled through Thailand. At the end of my journey I visited the nationalpark Khao sok. It consists mainly of a huge artificial lake which was made 40 years ago. This shot was in the calm of the rising morning mist with the dead trees from 40 years ago poking through the surface of the calm water.

@justdentist entry post for Australian Monday is below:

I want to share this beautiful picture of the Banks Peninsula south of Christchurch with you. We went "Penguin Watching", saw an yellow-eyed penguin and all in all it was one of the most gorgeous day trips during our NZ roundtrip.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Tuesday of Antarctica and the world’s oceans – winner announcement!

@kuenok entry post of Antarctica and the world’s oceans :

This is a shot taken at Vava'u in the Kingdom of Tonga where humpback whales migrate as far as 5000kms each year from Antarctica to give birth to these wonderful new borns in the warm waters of the Pacific. Once hunted to the brink of extinction for their oil and meat, every new born calf is a reason to celebrate as their numbers are slowly restored. 😊

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – African Wednesday – winner announcement!

@extremejogging African Wednesday entry:

The adult elephants of the family are normally very protective of their babies and are basically always next to them. This little guy was running around exploring... I guess there is always 'that kid' in the family. ;) How cute is this little guy!?

Maastricht, a beautiful, small city in the Netherlands. We just visited for a couple of hours but enjoyed the cute boutiques and historic houses. We had lunch and a great coffee at "KOFFIE bij Joost en Maartje". This image shows the Mosae Forum in the city center. Enjoy!

My dear wonderful Menorca, my place of living for now.
This is a natural cave Cova d'en Xoroi - amazing and breathtaking view! It is not only a touristic attraction, but a disco as well. One should book a table beforehand because it is always full.

I was hiking solo for 2 days. On the second day the trail was much harder than I thought. To get to the last summit I had to climb a very steep wall of gravel and stones. Eventhough I go rockclimbing and therefore am not scared of heights this was scary! The 10kg backpack was always pulling me backwards. In the end I crawled up. As soon as I reached the top I saw this breathtaking scenery!

Dunrobin Castle a stately home in Sutherland, in the Highland area of Scotland. There is a huge hall with impressive open fireplace, we were in April, it was cold and rainy, inside when you sit in front of fire and it catches your breath away. The most part of castle is a museum The picture was done from back side of castle, where it stands over huge French style garden, that ends with a beautiful astonishing view at rough North sea.

First of all thanks for sharing! Regarding my picture is located in Piazza San Carlo old center of Turin (Italy) taken from the northern side. It is an example of baroque style surrounded by porticos. In the southern part you see two twin churches Santa Cristina and San Carlo Borromeo. In the middle of the square you see very small the equestrian statue of Emanuel Philibert Duke of Savoy.

Paris is one of the reasons I got the 'travel bug' so many years ago. I fell in love with the city on my very first day there. Here my wife and I were exploring the Montmartre district, starting with the Moulin Rouge, the Montmartre Cemetery and ending at the epic Sacré-Cœur.

The Karpacz mountains in Poland bordering Czech Republic are incredible. I visited here in 2007. The place you see below covered in snow is actually a cosy restaurant and you can take a hike up on the mountain to really relish the beauty of the place.

We were in Paris over Christmas one year and it was super cold as Christmas in Sydney is actually summer for us. We had snowy days and rain over that period but for 2 days during our stay, we had clear blue sky and we went to the Eiffel Tower and took these photos
