PS: my favourite cut is Picanha, have you tried it?. A brazilian friend taught me how to properly grill it, who learnt from an argentinian!
I believe I tried it at a restaurant in Philadelphia, but I can't be sure because their English sucked so bad even I couldn't understand them. I don't know anything about the cut or how to make it so you have a good idea for a post there. ;)
