Your quote "Nobody is slow but the secret is you must figure out how you learn and learn everything you can about what you love and I promise life will become a lot easier" stands completely true. That was why I went into Early Childhood education because children learn by DOING, not the rote drilling and testing done in the upper grade levels by some. I wish they would continue the EC way of teaching even when kids get older! I'm so happy you didn't give up on yourself even during those awful teaching experiences, and you're getting your masters!
