When we need more enthusiasm, it does not appear. It is as if he were hiding from the light as soon as it dawns.
Anyone is motivated to say on a Friday that "I will start my diet on Monday." Wait until Monday arrives.
There will always be a lot of activities that will not be pleasant.
The problem is when they are not delegable and you are only there to do them.
How to awaken a super energy, a motivation that causes the agenda to devour itself?
It is not an exaggeration. Motivation you can provoke at will, if you follow these tips:
1-The motivation is born from the moment you are clear about the purpose of what you are going to do.
Focus on mixing the tasks with the taste of the results.
It's like adding sugar to a bitter lemonade.
2-Have at your disposal a selection of songs and videos that arouse enthusiasm.
Putting music that wakes up your spirits, or watching a motivational video, will make a difference.
Do the test. Turn on your computer, and before you start writing, let your song sound, it sounds hard.
Power will come to you, and passion will be released on your keyboard.
3-Get excited with your dreams.
Before you start, visualize the emotions you will have when you reach your goals.
Use your imagination, involve your emotions.
4-Make sure you choose your own destination.
An error that chills the mood, is to set goals that are not important to you, but to please family, friends or whoever.
Focus on what is important to you. Let others take charge of their lives.
5-Your goals must be passionate, and much.
If you can not get excited, if you do not speed up your heart just by thinking about it, it's time to start looking for something else.
Take as much time as necessary to discover your purpose.
You will know when you get excited, with passion.
6-Exercise daily, and receive a good dose of morning sun, magic to encourage your spirit.
As we talk about exercising, it includes drinking water.
I'm not talking about a glass, or maybe two. Do not cheat, because drinking juices, coffee, and other beverages do not count.
This is the formula to know how many glasses you should take daily:
Divide your body weight in Pounds, by 16.
Your weight in Pounds / 16 = The number of glasses (8 ounces) x day
Example:
160 Pounds / 16 = 10 glasses
Forget having energy if you are dehydrated.
7-Be selective with the people you treat.
A verbal fight, so last five minutes in the morning, can demotivate you the rest of the day.
Take care of the "emotional vampires". There are people who steal the energy of others. Learn to detect them and take them out of your life.
What you have to have, yes or yes, is to get people who inspire you to improve yourself.
All the winners have people who admire, who awaken passion with their example.
Energy is the most valuable thing you have, energy is life.
Look for the people that make you feel good, that teach you to grow.
With one or two of these tips that you incorporate into your routine, they will inject a motivation that you and the others will be surprised.
You can get it, and at will.
