Yes there are ways to get more, working less. It is a matter of adopting order and following a simple methodology.

Would you dare to make changes in your way of working?

Here are the 7 best tips for you to win more, working less:

1-Avoid improvisation when planning your day.

From the night before, or before starting your day, it is recommended that you have in advance the list of the most important activities of the day.

If you are not clear about the objectives of the day, with receiving a call or opening an email, they can deviate and make you lose your time without you noticing.

2-Put a time limit to your tasks.

If you do not mark a deadline, it could take twice as long, or triple the time to complete. If you do not determine deadlines, the hours go by without you noticing.

If you think you have all day to do something, it will take you all day ... or more.

3-Keep in touch with your watch.

Take control of your time; if necessary, activate an alarm to notify you when your tasks start or end.

Synchronize the lists of tasks with your watch; make sure you have the rhythm of production according to the plan.

Treat yourself as if you were your employee. Take advantage, become your own boss, demanding and disciplined.

4-Beware of distractions.

How easy it is to get distracted. This is another advantage of having planned your day. You start with a task, and for a distraction, you end up doing another one that is not that important.

5-Make sure you make mini goals.

These are the steps that, by complying with them, will bring you closer to your final goal. They are the bricks that will build your project one by one.

If you decide to do an activity that will take a month to complete, make sure you know the steps, one by one that you will have to do to complete your plan.

6-Make sure you are ambitious with your goals.

Sometimes people lose enthusiasm because goals do not motivate them, because they are easy to comply with. No emotion, everything is already known; it’s like watching the same movie over and over again.

Being in the comfort zone may provide comfort, but it is boring.

Motivate yourself by imposing challenges; propose goals that you know you can perform, but putting an effort.

7-Learn to say No.

This is one of the reasons why time is not enough. The others want you to do what belongs to them.

They will try to awaken your guilt, they will try to make you feel uncomfortable if you reject them; but you have to be firm.

I know, it takes courage to refuse to do a favor.

Remember that you have a pre-established plan. Sure you know that the successful people are busy in their most important projects.

They have control over their lives, they do not allow others to take care of how or how to use their time.

They spend most of the day in the most productive, which will get more benefit according to what they have proposed.

It is easy to be busy all day in activities that do not yield great results. The hours are lost in trivial tasks, yes, they are things that have to be done, but they do not take you from where you are.

If you want to exceed your standard of living, you have to focus only and only on what you do, it will result in the change you are looking for.

So, dear steemian, to say no if they try to hinder the fulfillment of your agenda.

If you say yes to what others ask you, you will have to work for yours and for what they put you to do.

Dare to leave your comfort zone. Do not always do the same in the same way. That way you will not have the results you want.

If you do not know, you can learn it.

You already know how fast the world is changing. Perhaps in the time of our grandparents is that you could always live the same way; those times, friend steemian, are over.

Regards, I hope this post helps you to work less, producing more

Many people work hard but the results are out of balance. in fact, far from enough to live his life. Working is needed intelligence, not solely rely on muscle. The brain is needed in regulating a working rhythm that does not take much time and effort, but produces something more extraordinary.
