What a fabulous post! It's the first day of the semester at the University I work at (and attend, hooray free tuition!) and I was looking for something to get me jazzed and this definitely did the trick.

As a student, I've been in classrooms where co-teaching was terrible and ones where the faculty were really on top of their game. I'm glad to see you promoting a collaborative model.
