You have touched on some key points that are of great concern for this current generation, @alvinauh! Higher education has become an industry that is all too willing to take an incredible amount of money from the students and parents, and give the appearance of an education.
You raise the question that everyone should ask themselves before taking on a huge debt to gain what is marketed as an essential for success in life: What exactly is education, and is attendance at an institution the best place to obtain it?
Outside-the-box thinking is needed to truly set oneself apart from the competition.

Thank you appreciate it! its true though, I have visited many education fairs and when you really question them about the value that their course is selling, they can't answer. Often they market the location, the POTENTIAL future you may have but they forget that education is about mentoring and guiding, which many fail to do so
