Welcome back to my blog steemit, dipostingan me this time I want to talk about learning science jurisprudence.
So this afternoon I taught my students about some fiqh laws. Owh yes here I want to discuss a little about my identity. I am a teacher of Islamic science in one of the schools located in North Aceh, the Religious School I teach today is one of the great Islamic religious schools. The name of my institution is (RAUDHATUL MA'ARIF).
Well no further ado let's see what I teach my students.

This is the lesson I gave them today

فصل): والمحرمات باالنصّ اربع عشرة : سبع بالنسب وهنّ الأم وان)
علت والبنت وان سفلت والأخت والخالة والعمّة وبنت الأخ وبنت الأخت واثنتان بالرضاع: الأم المرضعة والأخت من الرّضاع. واربع بالمصاهرة : أمّ الزوجة والرّبيبة اذا دخل بالأم وزوجة الأب وزوجة الإبن وواحدة من جحة الجمع وهي أخت الزوجة ولا يجمع بين المرأة وعمّتها ولابين المرأة وخالتها، ويحرم من الرضاع ما يحرم من النسب، وتردّ المرأة بخمسة عيوب : بالجنون والجذام والبرص والرتق والقرن ويردّ الرجل بخمسة عيوب: بالجنون والجذام والبرص والجبّ والعنّة

Jurisprudence (Arabic: فقه: fiqh) is one of the areas of science in Islamic law that specifically addresses the legal issues that govern the sharing of aspects of human life, whether private life, or community and human life with his God.
Some fiqh scholars such as Hanifa ash priest define fiqh as a Muslim's knowledge of his obligations and rights as a servant of God.

Fiqih discusses about the way of worship, the principles of the pillars of Islam, and the relationship between humans according to the Qur'an and Sunnah in Islam, against the four schools of Sunni who study the jurisprudence. Someone who has mastered the science of fiqih called FAQIH.

etymology

In Arabic, literally fiqih means a deep understanding of a thing. Some scholars provide the declaration that the meaning of jurisprudence in terminology is a science that deepens the Islamic law obtained through the proposition of the Qur'an and Sunnah. In addition fiqih is a science that also discusses the Shari'a law and its relationship with everyday human life, whether in worship or in muamalah.

In another phrase, as explained in many literatures, that fiqh is "the science of the law of law other than the Shari'a, such as the science of natural law, such as the gravitational force of the earth, and the science of syar'iat law which is belief or creed, with Kalam or tawhid science.
