Good Morning fellow steemians. Hope you have a good mood. Today, I just want to share whit you about the EFFECTIVE LISTENING.

As far as I know that our generation is so much high-tech.In today's communication is very important. Communication has a big help for us to build relationships, solve problems, ensure understanding and improve accuracy.

TIPS TO HELP YOU DEVELOP EFFECTIVE LISTENING SKILLS

YOU SHOULD FACE THE SPEAKER AND MAINTAIN EYE CONTACT

When we talking to someone else we should eye-to-eye contact. We should focus our self on him/her. As what I researched the most effective ingredient of communication is eye to eye contact. When we talk to others, I know we will look to eye-to-eye contact but it doesn't mean that you cannot blink your eyes. You should!, If your conversation to someone will go longer then you will do something, or makes a move.

THE DESIRE FOR BETTER COMMUNICATION PULLS YOU TOGETHER

YOU SHOULD BE ATTENTIVE AND RELAXED

So, If you have doing to eye-to-eye contact, we should should relaxed our self. The most and very important
things here is to be attentive. As what I researched, Attentive means; you should be presentable,
give attention, direct yourself, you need to pay attention and lastly is to remain ready to serve.

YOU SHOULD KEEP AN OPEN MINDED

When we are now in the time talking to someone else, all we want to do is listen to her/him without any judging or criticizing the things she/he tells us about.
Maybe we really don't know what those things she talk about or the feelings she got. We just need to be open
with her/him ta make the conversation great and good.

YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO THE WORDS AND TRY TO PICTURE OUT WHAT THE SPEAKER IS SAYING

As a gent. We need to allow our mind to create a mental, physical and spiritual of the information they were created. I know that our brain will work if we will stay focused and relax with sense of humor. If it is our time to talk to speaker we should direct to the point and we don't spend time thinking what to say next top her/him. Because in that way your customer will irritate you. Finally we should concentrate of what is being said even if it is boring with you.

GIVE THE SPEAKER REGULAR FEEDBACK

We should understand the speaker. We need to have a good feed back to make their mood good. If we feel the costumer feelings are unclear then we should clear it to make the customer satisfied. Or we should show our self through our facial expressions..
