I think it is wrong to bully people into saying whatever you want them to say. Whatever his reputation is, it represents a result from the forumal.. whatver he is doing, works for his rep score. It may not fit the way you wish things to be, but though you disagree, you shod not bully others.. flag is fine, but be abrasive is not good for community building. That is my abrasive comment.

You preach a lot about reading YOUR posts, yet you didn't read HIS comment. Read it and let it sink in then see what I am talking about. There is more to building community or teaching, than writing headers which give the impression that your post will quickly answer all questions or provide all solutions. I am a teacher myself, I never offer students a fastfood lesson - do this and all will be fine. No, I learn from my students and show them how I myself am learning - this is imo, true education.
