This is a great teaching plan. One thing is that where are you going to find the teachers. In the United States, due to cutbacks and teacher shortages in certain states, it can be hard for a public school to afford this method. There needs to be incentives for teachers beyond just benefiting the students in order for them to completely jump onto this plan.
