Hello steemians, on a sunny morning, I would like to discuss a little bit about the making of concrete rebate ongoing at the school where I teach now. Hope you will be like this.
As an important educational asset, roads play an important role in helping students to reach the schools they study, the quality and quantity of roads is also very important for them to avoid all obstacles that may prevent them from reaching school quickly and appropriately. for that, the improvement and support of road quality is needed to help them, and one way is to build a quality concrete rebound.
The quality of concrete rebates is determined by the material used. Cement as a binder, sand as a filler and stone as a reinforcing material and water as a mixer between the three basic materials. The comparison of mixtures commonly used for medium traffic and 2-wheel vehicles is 1: 3: 5 with concrete quality characteristics using K 125.
For the calculation we can use the analysis of BOW, SNI or K analysis. Each analysis has its advantages and disadvantages respectively. The realization of the field sometimes stone, sand and water materials are used far from laboratory standard, so that the resulting quality of course is different too. For example the field used 5/7 cm rocks are mixed with soil, fine sand also contains a lot of mud, and water contains mud. Certainly can not use a mixture of 1: 3: 5, because the stone does not meet the standard stone 2/3 cm and the result is also not optimal because it does not use standard coarse sand. Not to mention the problem of mixing either using concrete mixer or manual way. With the same mixture is not necessarily the result of concrete mixer is superior than the manual way. It all depends on the quality of materials used, so fake concrete aka fake that will be produced if using materials that do not fit the criteria and standards so that the age of concrete will quickly die.
That's my brief explanation of concrete rebates, hopefully a little add to our knowledge of the concrete rebates itself. Thanks for all the support. Have a nice day ☺
This was quite educative
Thanks, I'm appreciate on your comments 😊
