The most frustrating thing that I found about university study was I wasn't allowed to have an original thought. Every idea in every paragraph had to be credited to someone else. NAME THE SOURCE. I seldom used references. I would write a my essay, then find something that generally related and give someone else credit for my ideas. If I did that I got good marks, if I didn't, I failed.
Education is not about ideas, it stifles thinking. A boring and uninspired process.

The trick is to find people that agree with you and then cite them to back up your ideas!
