They practiced mobbing at my workplace. It bothers me. I was terrified of being unemployed. So I couldn't say anything. One day I'm tired of being insulted. I quit. I complained to the authorities. Never expose yourself to such movements.
For me I don't see happiness as a state that you need to achieve, you find happiness in certain things you experience and so you learn about what you enjoy and makes you happy and how to continue to surround yourself with these positive experiences.
