Motivate for children to reach their maximum potential

Having an achieving child is the dream of all parents. Will be a pride when his son can reach the maximum Peak in terms of study. Of course this is not an easy thing like flip through his palms, it would be easy if the child is a submissive person and the parents also have to be patient if the child he had was naughty and hard to accept the rule alias rebel.
However, it should be underlined that in motivating the child should not get to the point that the pressure and make him depressed, because aspects of development in children have a stage and this stage will not grow simultaneously, could be something before and follow aspects other aspects.
Here's the development of the main aspects of the individual personality of the child:

1. The intellectual aspect
   The development of the child begins with observation, starting from solving simple problems (ages 6-7) to the things that bapenurut, he 16-17).

2. The development of social aspects
   At the age of 3-5 years the children began to love playing with peers until the age of 11-12 years and growing more rapidly until the age of 16-17 years of age.

3. Aspects of language
   This development begins with the imitation of sound and grows rapidly until it reaches peak of perfection until the end of adolescence.

4. Effective aspects
   Is a development related to feelings, at this stage children begin to confuse the changes that exist in him.

5. Moral and religious aspects
   This aspect is very influential on the environment, because basically moral / religious acts that children do is the result of plagiarism or copies. Children first imitate, before they reach at the top of their conscience or arise an awareness.
   I think this makes perfect sense, I myself as a "private teacher" have experienced it, I teach three childrenthe siblings brother, the three of them have different characters even though they are siblings, the three are indeed genius and intelligent, but even so whose names are still children the motivation we give must countinue.

A teacher or parents should have patience in terms of motivating it, because the emotional level of the children are still unstable, not necessarily the spirit that is owned sianak today will be sustainable in the next day,do not be surprised if the children, today studied his diligent lazy tomorrow as well as his reverse, I think this challenge is still possible there is a chance for us to overcome.

Here I will explain the tricks how we motivate the child to reach his potential until he achieved the achievement

1. Create an authoritative care pattern
   In this pattern the parents, giving freedom in creating in accordance with the ability of children through good supervision and not to cause pressure that led to depression.

2. Improve Parent Functions to Children
   Give the child affection, attention to comfort and others to the needs of the maintenance and care of children, for health awake hinga be a healthy child both physically and mentally. Maximize the first love and upbringing before we sharpen it.

3. Parents should have a target
   The target value of the child in the education level is important, the intended target should not be based on the parents, but let the self-determining child, the new parent is allowed to intervene if the desired target of the child is lower, for example the child just wants to graduate from a subjects,well at this time the parent is allowed a little boost his spirits, such as "it would be wonderful if you get a champion on those subjects".

4. Appreciate the child
   The importance of appreciation for the child as he achieves the achievement. Give the child a gift, a compliment, a walk and so on.
   When the child fails or the value is lower, this appreciation also applies, sirami he with the motivation to grow his mental passion and passion.

5. Keep positive relationships with children
   Create an atmosphere of how to have children respect for parents, educate them to be a submissive child, be a good example in front of them, show them how the sense or experience of going from school to boring things becomes fun. Show them full support, make sure you always have every need.
