To control your stress you must firstly identified your stress,if it is dangerous or normal watch out for this symptoms : forgetfulness or memory loss, constant headaches, neck or back pain, weight gain and also stomach problem.Control your stress by identifying the things or people that cause abnormal stress in your life,avoid this things or them, if you can't,then adapt to it and give yourself enough time to rest.

Constant exercise can also help to reduce stress,a regular exercise will help the body to function very well. Also find time to hang out with friends and families because socializing with people help to put away sorrow and worries of the heart,make sure you eat good balance diet and also avoid anxiety and worry.Remember,"a wealty man is a healty man."
