Thanks for this informative post. Cases of child abuse is growing so rapidly and if unchecked I don't know where it may led to. In the story you shared, its likely that that abuser may have been a victim too hence she saw sees nothing evil in doing that and if not controlled urgently will abuse more children. Management of victims of child abuse I believe will help in stopping the ugly trend.
