Hopefully with more education about the bad effects of aspirin when children under 15 are ill with fever, parents will realize not to use aspirin as it can lead to Reye's Syndrome which can be deadly if not discovered early. I'm not sure which countries have more incidents of Reye's but I think it would be where there is a lack of education unfortunately.
