RE: Steemit To Fuel A Teacher's Passion To Teach

Something I always tell me students is that we can learn more from each other through the sharing of ideas and experiences than we can in a textbook. The same is true for us as educators. When I hear about the wonderful things that other teachers are doing it inspires me to try those things. It is much more motivating then learning about it in a textbook or journal. One of the keys to being great educators is the ability to be good collaborators. Learn and grow together. If you ever get the opportunity to co-teach with a colleague I highly recommend it. Such a rewarding experience. As for the money, if I was looking to get rich I wouldn’t teach. I teach because I’m passionate about learning and I enjoy being part of helping kids be all they are capable of being.

Very true, collaboration is essential and as time goes by, we need to pool our brains together to come up with better ideas to teach in a more engaging and fun manner. Think that's why steemit works so well
