About the Book
After traveling to Istanbul, Turkey in 2014. Finally, I wrote a book about the trip. While in Istanbul, I saw many interesting things there and I think it deserves to be written in a book.
This book contains my travel record, I write it in Indonesian, some chapters in it have been translated into English and Turkish. I titled this book, Istanbul, the Colour of World's Capital.
@arfa was doing a presentation about the book.
This book essentially contains my travel record while attending a cultural learning program in Istanbul in 2014. In this book, Istanbul is described as a city with a myriad of advantages in it, especially the excellence in maintaining and maintaining historic assets, the maturity of democracy to the attitude of nationalism of its people.

About taking care of history there are interesting things in this book. That the Turks use history as the foundation of the physical development of the country. Once one of the Ottoman sultans intend to build an underwater road connecting continental Europe and Asia, but the desire is not realized. These ideas were then followed by President Erdogan who built Marmaray, the submarine lane of continental Europe and Asia which lies beneath the Bosphorus Strait.
Reprint for the Second Edition
For the past five years, I have worked in several major media in Indonesia. That, it made me not difficult to write a book about my journey. To finish this book, I did it within five months. And I am very happy, at this time I will reprint for the second edition, because of the first edition, about 800 books, I presented to some library and reading community in Indonesia.
In this post, I would like to share some moments during the launching of this book we performed at ACC Sultan II Selim building, Banda Aceh, Indonesia.

As a person living in Istanbul, these scopes are very open to debate from my point of view. But I wondered about the book, was it published in Turkey?
Hi .. thank you..
Btw, this book about travel.. and the contain is about my observation..
It certainly is and I respect that. Actually that's why I'm interested in and ask the Turkish publisher. As people living in Istanbul, we can not look objectively. From my point of view, our government's culture and history policies are very inadequate. It may be important that you look at this from the outside, not to see what we can not see because we live in us.
You are very good
:p
Congrats on publishing, I started a book and still trying to complete it.
