Great article, this is a serious issue , yet when engineers make the design for electrical panel board and especially for Houses , a residual-current devices (RCD) or residual current breakers with overcurrent protection (RCBO) should be used to protect house residents , yet protection should be made from low to high voltage...

Yes that is great advise as well. Keeping children safe from playing with "anything electric related" is key too.
