It was all about baking this week, and specifically Lemon Sponge Pie. Lovely food should bring lovely comments was the idea. Here is the post from @tesscooks4u, showing us how a lemon sponge pie should be made.

The 1st prize this week I have awarded to @barski. @barski replies with an amazing short story about his own memory making a lemon pie. Unfortunately the baking outcome was not well received by the rest of the family, but as a comment it was an excellent way to connect with the author. Great comment with a personal touch.
