For a medicine hater like me, natural remedies are the way to go. The plants that were mentioned in the post, I only know some of them but the others, I didn't know they existed. It was a great post letting others know more about natural remedies. I have a lot of experience with natural medicines. Like the oregano plant for cough and colds. That is the basic one and which is, the best! (though it doesn't taste good) but for me, it is better than taking a pill or a tablet :D I also heard from my mom and also, it was featured in the news. This plant is called "paragis". They just recently discovered about this. It is actually a grass but it has a lot of health benefits like, it can cure UTI, highblood pressure, fever, sprain, and dandruff. I still believe that natural medicines are good and more easy on our body than medicines bought in the pharmacies. :)

Confirmed!
I had no idea about Oregano being helpful for a cough and cold. I have to try it next time, but hopefully not too soon... ;)
I knew this article was going to turn into some interesting with many tips from fellow Steemians. Thanks @mudcat36 for sharing the original post with us.
Haha. I know right? Be careful with your health because yes, oregano is helpful for cough and colds. My mama used to make a tea out of it whenever we have cough before. But the taste is really so bad. HAHA :D :D But, it is effective though :) Yup. Thanks @mudcat36.
Now I'm getting curious. I love oregano but can't imagine how it would taste as tea. Have to give it a try. :)
