hey guys, in the rules it reads - registering by sending xx tip to @steemitboardpool with memo "Worldcup2018," is a one time registration.
So does this mean my registration fee applies to all of the games coming up that you post?
Otherwise it wouldn't be a one time registration, wouldn't it?
