A face free of pimple (no magic)

A FACE WITHOUT PIMPLE
The first time I noticed a number of raised and coloured spots on my face, I never liked it. Not merely because the acne was painful and filled with a white pus, but simply because I knew my fine face would soon turn to something similar to that of my elder brothers who have finally given up on all the ointment and emollients they had used over the years. I’d started complaining but everyone rather seem to be enjoying my naivety. So I also joined the train. I waited for each one of the inflamed spot to “ripe” as we call it then, and crushed it with a great force, It always turned out to be a black spotted scar that almost never disappears. Maybe you too have wondered what really works in treating (that’s if you believe it’s a medical condition) this frustrating and distracting inflammation in your face. Why would it choose your face upon all the space in your body?
I would love to suggest a simple non pharmacological method I have personally applied and seen others apply too. It yielded a tremendous success.
Firstly, let’s have a simply illustration on how a pimple or black head develops;
Pimples mostly develop on the face, though the back, chest and shoulders are also vulnerable to it. We all know that there are small spaces on our skin (except the palm and soles), where the hair on your skin normally comes out. Your skin and hair are naturally lubricated by the skin’s natural oil known as the sebaceous glands, and the oil it secretes is called a sebum.
These small pores or holes on your skin must not be blocked by this natural lubricant. Anytime the oil blocks the space it causes accumulation of both the oil and the particles that are constantly been shaded or excreted out by the skin, sweat is a common example. The accumulation causes the small microorganism in the skin to now have a favorable condition to feed from the sebum (oil) and also multiply in numbers. This feeding causes the space to become swollen, raised and filled up with pus.
******* imageHOW TO CURE OR PREVENT PIMPLE
Though having the acne or pimples can be a condition transferred to you by your parents, a hereditary condition, there are still some simple things you should do to reduce or even cure it completely.
Do not forcefully break the pimple, no matter what. I have a friend whose face is devoid of these acne spots. Not because she never had pimples but because she never tries to break or burst them.
Always wash your face with a clean water and a separate towel just for your face.
Avoid taking too much antibiotics or any conventional drugs people normally use for it.
If you have to take any pill, consult your physician or pharmacist.
Do not eat too much fat or acid containing food.
It will be wise to carefully consider the brand and quality of cosmetics you use.
Try ingesting fruits that naturally increase the antioxidants in your body, and rehydrates your skin like cucumber, aloe vera, etc.
Eat a lot of vitamin A containing substances like fish or Vitamin A supplements.
IN CONCLUSION
Pimples should not spoil your pretty face. You should do all you can to maintain that wonderful look. A change of life style is paramount, and the only way to get rid of these things. I would recommend regular physical exercise and frequent taking of water. You will be surprised that it won’t cost you much to have a clean and unspotted face. Be intentional about it every day and take responsibility for it.
