Oh what I wouldn't do for a spam comment on my post when I have 0 comments except upvote bots.

I would much prefer real comments and start real conversations though.
If I had more engagement in my posts I would hate both spam and robots filling up my comment feed. It looks nasty and adds nothing to the post whatsoever.

I'm sure it is a little off putting to potential real comments when they scroll down just to see 'great post, follow me bro' 'great post check mine.'

Those types of comments don't really open up for conversations. They don't really invite other to interact.
