Interesting your picture does not show anyone dying. What I see are people using Indian hemp/cannabis as its called in the West. Weed incidentally has become legal in many Countries. I do not advocate for the use of drugs, however if I were to make guess I would say the youths in Nigeria probably have the advantage of using a natural unadulterated drug compared the synthetic drugs found in the West. Kids as young as 12 have been treated for drug addiction. It a very sad situation.
