Since Hardfork 20 we need Resource Credits for most interactions with the Steem blockchain.

The webpage shows an approximate explanation on how much votes, comments and transfers can you make, and also shows the recharge time (Resource Credits also have recharge time, just like voting power). You can check your Resource Credits on https://steemd.com/@yourseldom.

The amount of Resource Credits you have is depending on how much Steem Power you have.

I currently have 38.72% (2,900M / 7,400M) Resource Credits.

The website is currently showing the following for me:

Enough credits for approximately:
1 comments (4 after recharge)
10 votes (26 after recharge)
11 transfers (28 after recharge)
100% recharged in 3 days

Useful/helpful Steemit blog posts about the Resource Credits:

Probably this is my last comment for today.
I hope this helps you and you find the content of this comment useful/helpful.

Thank you xplosive for your comment on my blog post on Resource Credits. I will check out your blog now also. I had trouble similar to what you experienced, but in a few days the situation improved and all was well.
