2 things you can do to earn more with ShadowBot.

Add to your Steem Power. The Pool Priority is related to your SP. Members with more SP will all things equal have a higher Pool Priority.
Be consistent. Post often and engage as a good Steemian. You will see your Rank increase and earnings increase along with it.
