Yeah about that quote, isn't it funny that paradigm shift seems sometimes like exiting a bad relationship? Sometimes you realize that you can just go :) There are better options out there!
By it's nature it's just a big 'aha' moment where you completely shift your perception in an instant. I can definitely see the parallels with bad relationships.. haha, all of a sudden a lightbulb goes off in your head... and you're like wtf is this shit?!
