That's what we're like as consumers. That's why the libertarian argument of the rational consumer often falls flat on its face.

I worked in the industry for years, and I saw tons of people, on a daily basis, being frustrated with their mobile phone and internet service providers, listing dozens of issues, but continuing to pour money into the companies simply because they were so used to being their customer.

Stares blankly at my AT&T phone... grumbles a little and acknowledges you are right and I am lazy.

Haha. I know, right. Being human is hard and frustrating at times.
