Error while submitting to the blockchain / An error occurred while confirming the files on the blockchain - error

Hello,

i have problem with uploading videos on d.tube After uploading and adding title, description and tags i press a button with label "Send", than pop'up with message "Error while submitting to the blockchain" occured. Maybe someone know what is the reason and how i can fix it?
