To be honest, I have seen my best results happen at night as well. I've posted at all hours of the day, but mostly at night. Posting on a schedule also allows you to be on at the same time consistently with the same people. For example I am on around the same time almost every night and we can get into dialogues like this. My suggestion is to keep trying new things and find what works best for the content you are sharing. I hope that helps.
