I posted this article 22hrs ago. It currently has 37 likes all of which happened in the first 12hrs. I have another article that got 50 likes and earned me over $30.00. So what is wrong with this one?
Can someone explain why this article is a money loser?

Different people have different power on their votes. Some people can deliver over $100 in one vote (like dan and ned), however most people can do less than 1 cent.
You can use steemd.com in advanced mode to view the votes. The "rshares" is the important part to how much money an individual vote is worth.
Awesome! Thanks for the info.
All votes from people with no steempower.
How does one get a negative reputation?
I'm guessing they have to act like an asshole, spamming, that type of thing.
That's a good question. Ever wondered if voting is good or bad in our own comments and / or posts.
I see... it now above all others that have zero votes... but, is this good?
Seems like it would be good or neutral.
Why would they allow you to like your own comment if it was bad?
I'm seeing a lot of this too.
This is not a complaint, just an observations. There are celebrities bringing tons of folks to Steemit right now. It's causing a ton of articles to get posted, which may be drowning out a lot of valuable content. I'm glad to see folks make a buck off their posts, and don't want to take away from that. But it's tough of those who are posting good content and getting missed.
Hopefully this will all flush out and the more valuable content will start to rise to the top.
No whales around
All too busy with dollarvilangante 🤕🤕🤕🤕🤕 bash up posts
Are the votes of people with little steempower literally worth zero? Or when I upvote you am I giving you .00000001 steempower?
BANG DIRECT HIT NAIL @laconicflow 👍👍👍
